For any loan turndowns submit a simplified loan request to your new Affiliate. We provide the borrower with a fast review of their potential commercial real estate purchase as it is vital for them to know quickly if their potential purchase is fundable. If the project and the borrower look good, then a pre-approval letter can be issued.​After the evaluation we underwrite, process, and fund with one of our Financial Partner Institutions (FPIs).
